Just
call me Ted. I know when a phone caller asks for Edward that
someone wants to sell me something. I've been called Father,
Pastor, Canon, Padre, and uMfundisi. Try to avoid calling me
"Reverend" which is like calling a judge "Honorable
Smith." With children at Lamb of God, we decided on
