Call or Search: Feb 6

Now the Lutheran Episcopal thing is getting interesting. Lutherans "call" candidates by having the Bishop's office do the sorting and giving names to the committee. Episcopalians "search" widely and the committee does the sorting before presenting names to the Bishop's office. Lamb of God will do both, and the Call and Search committee is on top of it.
